The real-life Erin Brockovich-Ellis was arrested and charged with an OUI Friday — boating while intoxicated.

Brockovich-Ellis was arrested while attempting to dock her boat at Lake Mead, near Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Review Journal reports.

A game warden saw that she was having trouble docking the boat, and was slurring her speech. Apparently her cleavage couldn’t help her in this situation because after blowing “significantly” over the 0.08 legal limit, Brockovich-Ellis was taken into custody at Clark County Detention Center and released on $1,000 bail.

Brockovich gained international fame when Julia Roberts played her in the 2000 movie of the same name. Although she had no legal training, Brokovich successfully led a lawsuit against Pacific Gas & Electric company for polluting the water supply in a southern California town.

Roberts’ performance of Brockovich won her an Academy Award that year.
