Roger Ailes’ Vision Prevails – A voice from the grave, Fox News founder and one-time CEO Roger Ailes’ legacy marches on as we pass the one-year anniversary of his death.

After the “liberal bugbear” left Fox on account of sexual harassment charges, The Hollywood Reporter‘s Michael Wolff writes that current Fox CEO Rupert Murdoch planned to “erase his place in their corporate history” to show his disdain for Ailes’ support of Donald Trump’s presidency. Isolated from mainstream media, Ailes told Wolff what the last year in politics signified.

It stood for “the power of a significantly smaller, but more dedicated electoral base,” which will be countered by “inverse dedication by an equally small circle of passionate enemies.”

It stood for “two different Americas located in different worlds and different times, ever-more unrecognizable to each other.”

It stood for a resistance to other’s visions that “jumped cable news and become the dominant historical current.”

Airports Mock Russian Collusion Investigation – Russia is just as sick as America of hearing about possible Russian collusion in the 2016 election.

Now, Moscow-area airports are trolling these allegations with an ad campaign run by RT, a Russian government funded TV network. The ads read in bold capitalized letters phrases like “Missed a plane? Lost an election? Blame it on us!” and “Come closer and find out who we are planning to hack next.”

Tales of Trump –  What better way to chronicle Trump’s tumultuous presidency then a fake satirical novel entitled “Trumplandia”?

“It’s like a soap opera without the sex and fun,” Matt Latimer, a former speechwriter for President George W. Bush told The New York Times. “We’re not quite sure how this story is going to unfold, as comedy or tragedy,” added John Dean, a member of the White House counsel during Nixon’s presidency.

Prominent Wrestle Masculine Stereotypes – In a three-tiered profile, anti-bullying activist and former White House intern Monica Lewinksy divulged the unseen insecurities of distinguished men.

Lewinsky used the stories of Prince Harry, Brad Pitt and Jay-Z to unveil the challenges men face but suppress to guard their masculinity.

“It is a refreshing and bracing antidote to see male icons convey vulnerability in an age when Washington’s new power elite and our coarsening culture are busy projecting an outmoded caricature of manhood, 24/7. ” Lewinsky wrote in a story for Vanity Fair.
