An article published by BuzzFeed Wednesday blames white people for ruining a lot of things, including the United States of America, the National Anthem and trees.
The article by Patrice Peck entitled, “37 Things White People Need To Stop Ruining In 2018,” also lists “Macaroni and cheese” and “protests” as things whites are supposedly ruining.
The list items are usually accompanied by pictures or tweets of white people doing silly things like dancing awkwardly.
The part of the article that accuses whites of ruining America is accompanied by a picture of the demographics of who voted for Trump in the 2016 election.
Another recent article from Peck showed off a line of “pro-black” sweatshirts. Some of the sweatshirts included in the post read, “Fuck Your Racist Grandma” and “Columbus Was A Murderer.”
BuzzFeed has a history of publishing similar listicles.
One listicle published last year titled, “19 School Powerpoint Presentations That Give Zero Fucks” included pictures of people giving presentations with slides that read, “White People Stay Colonizing,” and “White People are a Plague to the Planet.” (RELATED: Buzzfeed: White People Are A ‘Plague To The Planet’)
