MSNBC went a little beyond the pale Thursday morning when discussing whether or not the “pee tapes” exist.

The network played a clip of President Donald Trump disputing former FBI Director James Comey’s assertion that he didn’t stay at a hotel in Moscow.

Anchor Stephanie Ruhle and her panel debated whether or not it matters that Trump stayed the night in a hotel, pointing out that he wouldn’t need a full night if he were meeting prostitutes.

“Why is this a big deal?” Ruhle asked. “First to you, Matt Miller, is it a big deal as it relates to prostitutes because if it’s about when he met prostitutes you don’t actually need a full night. You can make that happen pretty quickly.”

“Yeah, especially if they’ve ruined the bed,” Miller replied, referencing the “pee tapes.” “I mean, if you’re staying there for a full night I’m not sure where you’re gonna sleep.”

“Not even 10 o’clock,” Ruhle joked.
