White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said Monday she expects staff changes following leaks from the administration.

WATCH:

Conway told Fox News’ Martha MacCallum there are many kinds of leaks, some that “exist to exist to hurt colleagues, some leaks exist because they disagree with the policies that are being put forth.” She stressed that those working in the White House should be “confident” and “loyal.”

The White House counselor also said that she expects personnel changes to come from finding leakers in the administration. (RELATED:  Trump: White House Leaks ‘Are A Massive Exaggeration’)

President Trump tweeted Monday that leaks from the White House “are a massive over exaggeration put out by the Fake News Awards” and that the administration “will find out who they are.” The focus on leakers follows the recent controversy over White House aide Kelly Sadler’s disparaging comments about Arizona Sen. John McCain’s failing health.
