Hugh Hewitt said Friday on his radio show that President Donald Trump would have won by even larger margins had the inspector general’s report been issued prior to the election.

“It is clear that if what was now known because of the inspector general’s report was known prior to the election, President Trump would’ve won by an even greater margin in the electoral college and perhaps the popular vote. The report is that damning,” Hewitt stated.

The inspector general’s report on former FBI Director Jim Comey’s actions while heading the FBI was released Thursday and showed improper actions on his part. (RELATED: ‘Willingness’ To Impact The Election: IG’s Clinton Report Is Loaded With Bombshells)

“The intrusion analysis on Secretary Clinton’s server summarized on pages at 75-76 shows indeed there was at least one compromise of the server that was discovered,” he continued. “There is the conclusion that sophisticated foreign adversaries could cover their tracks in and out of the server and the draft of the report by former FBI Director Comey the first draft went from concluding that it was ‘reasonably likely’ that hostile actors had invaded the server to the final draft that it was ‘possible.'”
