A San Francisco woman threatened to call the police on an 8-year-old girl selling water bottles on Saturday, and after a video of the exchange went viral, the woman is stepping down as CEO of her medical marijuana company.

Alison Ettel was nicknamed “Permit Patty” by disapproving social media users. The video of Ettel’s interaction with elementary school student Jordan Rodgers was viewed 7 million times on Twitter, reported CNN.

Ettel did not call the police on Rodgers. She called 911 and asked whether it was legal to sell water in public without a permit, according to CNN.

Ettel has apologized to Rodgers.

TreatWell sells products for people and dogs, even though cannabis use on animals has not been approved yet, reported CBS.
