Sanders took to the White House press podium Monday to take questions for the first time in a week; she was asked a slew of questions about the Supreme Court vacancy and North Korea.

One reporter asked about a report that suggested a meeting between Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un during the U.N. assembly in New York City. She began said question by explaining, “There is a report that it is even kinda, maybe, on the table…”

Sanders did not miss a chance to nuke the press, interrupting the reporter and quipping, “Kinda, maybe? That sounds solid.”

The room laughed.  The reporter continued, “The president would invite Chairman Kim to New York around the U.N. I wanted to get that on the record if you can put that in context for us. Is that in play, and is that really something that he would consider doing?”

Sanders answered the question, saying, “We don’t have any announcements or plans to roll out at this point.”
