Attorney General Jeff Sessions was drawn into an anti-Hillary Clinton chant at a gathering for high school conservatives put on by Turning Point USA.

Sessions told the group he was happy to be among like-minded conservatives and repeated the crowd’s “lock her up” chant, noting that he heard it many times during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Sessions was the first member of the U.S. Senate to endorse Trump during the campaign and frequently appeared on stage with him.

“Lock her up” was a long-standing chant throughout the 2016 presidential campaign referencing Clinton’s use of a private email server while serving as secretary of state in the Obama administration.
