Fox News’ Tucker Carlson agreed with a former Antifa member on one thing — the idea that television political pundits are stupid — during an interview on Carlson’s show Wednesday night.

The interview, which was with Scott Crowe, began with Carlson showing a clip of CNN Senior Legal Analyst Jeffrey Toobin labeling Antifa as “widely perceived as an African-American organization.” (Jeffrey Toobin Says Flatly Antifa ‘Widely Perceived As African American Organization’ – Triggering Tidal Wave Of Criticism)

“We have actually a pretty functional legal system and if you hurt people, lots of Antifa people have been arrested because Antifa is a main perpetrator of violence in these events, I’m for that. I’m for anybody committing violence being arrested. But let me get back to the core question. Do you think of Antifa as a civil rights group, an African-American group? We just heard from CNN that criticizing you is racist because you are black. But you don’t seem black,” Carlson said.

“Well they are pundits, they are idiots just like any other TV show, right?” Crowe responded.

Carlson laughed and continued, “Now you’re on to something! Okay, now we’re speaking the same language.”

“But I would say the same for you,” Crowe stated.

“I’m not an idiot. You may disagree with me, I’m not stupid,” Carlson shot back still laughing.
