After a long weekend of soaking up sunshine — and probably enough alcohol to kill a horse — the last thing anyone wants to think about is throwing around some iron, so TheDC is happy to have Megan Joy walk us through a little yoga stretch-sesh.
Ms. Joy is a 22-year-old self-taught yogi and personal trainer in Dubai. Her methods preach “going at one’s own pace,” so instead of prescribing a rep/set routine, we’re going to sit back and let Megan demonstrate some of her go-to poses.
