During a fiery exchange with Jeb Bush at the Republican debate Saturday night Donald Trump called the Iraq War “a big fat mistake” and accused former President George W. Bush of lying.

The remarks came after CBS moderator John Dickerson asked Trump about his previous comments that former President Bush should have been impeached for the War in Iraq.

“The War in Iraq we spent $2 trillion, thousands of lives, we don’t even have it. Iran is taking over Iraq with the second largest oil reserves in the world, obviously it was a mistake. George Bush made a mistake, ” Trump said.

When Dickerson pushed him to see whether he still thinks Bush should’ve been impeached, Trump responded, “You call it whatever you want. I want to tell you they lied, they said they were weapons of mass destruction, there were none and they knew they were none, they were no weapons of mass destruction. ”

Jeb Bush replied to Trump by saying, “I’m sick of him going after my family, my dad is the greatest man alive in my mind. While Donald Trump was building a reality TV show, my brother was building a security apparatus to keep us safe and I’m proud of what he did.”

Trump then added, “The World Trade Center came down under your brother’s reign, remember that.”
