Male Teen Files Lawsuit After He Had Lots Of Sex With Biology Teacher And She Bought Him An Xbox

The mother of a male teenager who repeatedly had sex with his high school biology teacher is now suing the teacher and the Los Angeles school district for monetary damages.

The teacher at the center of the lawsuit is Michelle Yeh. She is currently in prison.

Previously, Yeh was a temporary science teacher at San Pedro High School.

Police say Yeh, 29, had sex with a small gaggle of male teenagers.

Around the end of the school year, police say, she “reached out to” the male students at the high school in a pleasant, fairly average seaside neighborhood of Los Angeles to arrange “private meetings.”

Along with his mother, the unidentified student who is suing Yeh alleges that the teacher plied him with alcohol, marijuana and Xanax, reports the Long Beach Press-Telegram.

The student was 15 at the time of the summer fling with his science teacher. He is 16 now.

Yeh also showered the teen with gifts, the suit claims. The gifts included an Xbox 360, some video games and some athletic shoes.

In addition, the suit states, Yeh took the 15-year-old student to Disneyland. The star-crossed pair also went out to eat at restaurants.

Sex romps between Yeh and the student occurred at school, in the teen’s home while his mother was gone and at “other locations in the community,” the suit says.

The affair ended in July when the student’s mother found out about it. It was also then when the teacher was arrested.

The lawsuit against Yeh and the taxpayer-funded school district — for negligence, breach of mandatory duty and sexual abuse — claims the teen has suffered “irreparable harm” because of the sex trauma.

Southern California television station KTLA interviewed one of the male students with whom Yeh had sex. (The student appears to be the same one involved in the lawsuit, though it’s not entirely clear.)

According to the student, he struck up a relationship with Yeh one day when hit her up for money for a bus ticket. She responded by buying him lunch and spotting him $10.

Yeh and the student first had sex when they went to his place to play video games, the student claimed.

“She started rubbing my face, calling me cute, handsome,” the teen told KTLA. “She started kissing me and from there we had sex.”

The teen said the summer affair didn’t turn out to be his idea of an exciting romance.

“Eat, go somewhere, come back, have sex,” he told the station. “I didn’t feel like I was in a relationship. I felt like I was kind of obligated.”

The student’s mother expressed shock.

“He’s a latchkey kid and she manipulated him in every sense of the word,” the mad mom told KTLA.

In January 2016, Yeh pleaded no contest to a throng of felony and misdemeanor charges involving two 15-year-old students as well as a 16-year-old student. (RELATED: High School Science Teacher Arrested For Victimizing Teens With Sex, Trip To Disneyland)

Yeh was sentenced to four years in prison. She had faced a maximum prison sentence of nine years and eight months.

The Los Angeles school district hired Yeh as a long-term substitute at San Pedro High in February 2015.

When she is released from prison, Yeh will be required to register as a sex offender for her entire life.
