Joy Villa announced Wednesday that she has launched an exploratory committee for a possible “congressional run for the state of Florida.”

The 26-year-old singer, who wore a “Make America Great Again” dress to the 2017 Grammy Awards and has been a very outspoken supporter of President Donald Trump, said she’s ready to take that support to the next level. (RELATED: Joy Villa: I’m Here To Help Carry President Trump’s Message)

“I’m looking from everywhere from Jacksonville all the way down to Miami,”  Villa shared during Fox and Friends. “Right now we are looking to all the areas. We are polling. We are seeing what’s going to work. And hoping to scare some of those RINOs that are there to watch their back.”

“Have you looked at Congress lately? In the news, we see that they’re getting nothing done,” she added. “They are a house of cards that is tumbling. I mean, healthcare reform they couldn’t get done. Immigration they can’t get done. They’re not working with the president, which means we need to put new people in, we need to vote fresh blood in.”  (RELATED: Joy Villa Explains How She Joined Trump Campaign Advisory Board)

“And we need to really Make America Great Again with people who are going to work for the aims of the president, not lobbyists not Washington elitists,” she continued.
