A reboot of the popular 90s sitcom, “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,” is reportedly in the works, according to TMZ Tuesday. However there’s one big change.

According to the report, the company that holds the rights to the “Fresh Prince” — which starred Will Smith — has filed several trademark applications for “Fresh Princess” as a television show and on social media accounts.

The company also looked into trademarking “Fresh Princess” on a handful of merchandise, including backpacks, animal collars, footwear, bags and other pieces of clothing.

Last year on the “Graham Norton Show,” Smith laughed at speculation about the series getting back on the air.

In an earlier interview, the 49-year-old actor also addressed rumors about the show coming back and said it would happen when “hell freezes over.”

“I don’t think ever — like, pretty close to when Hell freezes over,” Smith shared. “Pretty close, like, we’re gonna leave that one alone.”

No word yet on if Smith has been asked or will be involved in the reboot series.
