Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina praised President Donald Trump’s efforts to bring peace to North and South Korea and thinks he should receive the Nobel Peace Prize if his plan is successful.
“Here’s the deal. It wouldn’t have happened without Trump,” Graham said on “Fox & Friends” Friday. “It may not happen, but [it’s] the biggest change since the end of the hostilities. The fact that the North Korean and South Korean president met and they vow to end the war, what happened? Donald Trump convinced North Korea and China he was serious about bringing about change.”

“We’re not there yet,” Graham concluded. “But, if this happens, President Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.”
