The nicest pair of kitchen knives that I’ve ever bought. They feel good in the hand, and while not quite perfectly center balanced, it’s weighted toward your hand instead of being blade heavy. That helps to give it a feeling of like, staying in your hand. My box arrived with the knives upside down from how it looks in the photo, but that was no biggie. The box the blades arrived in has a magnetic clasp on the cover, it’s actually pretty nice, making me want to not throw the box away lol. These blades arrived sharp, really really sharp, straight outta the box. Hopefully you can tell that from the attached video. I have zero hesitations about giving these to my aunt for Xmas.

I use the knifes for slicing and cutting vegetables, meat etc. All my vegetables and meat cut in great and perfect shape. Love them!
