MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle blamed US immigration policies Friday on the possibility of creating “Terminator-like characters that will seek vengeance.”

Ruhle then interjected, “Help us understand what this kind of damage does to these young people, because they are going to be a member of society.”
“It makes me think, where do you think MS-13 was born in Los Angeles,” Ruhle said, “where you often see these angry gangs sprout up, and I worry that you’re creating terminator-like characters that will seek vengeance. We must care.”
Sinpoli added, “We can even say the same thing about ISIS as well.”
