Dershowitz Suggests Using Book Cover To Disguise His Book To Prevent Liberal Scorn

Former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz brought a book cover on to Fox News as a suggestion for people who want to read his newest book without opening themselves up to potential hostility on Wednesday morning.

“You’ve made a case for how you can read the book on the beach and not have folks look at you,” Fox News host Bill Hemmer said. “You put a cover on the book so when you are vacationing in Martha’s Vineyard, the liberal bastion, they don’t know you’re reading your book.”

“We’ve come to a position in this country where you can’t even read a book that may help the opposing side without being criticized. So I asked my publisher to come out with a brown paper cover like you put on dirty books,” Dershowitz stated.

Dershowitz’s book is called, “The Case Against Impeaching Trump.”

Dershowitz has gotten a lot of media attention recently for his comments about potential obstruction charges against the President.

He said, “You cannot question a president’s motives when the president acts,” in an interview last weekend. (RELATED: DERSHOWITZ ON POTENTIAL OBSTRUCTION CHARGES AGAINST TRUMP: YOU CAN’T ‘QUESTION A PRESIDENT’S MOTIVES’ WHEN HE ACTS)
