MSNBC host Joe Scarborough claimed he can already predict what President Donald Trump is going to say on Twitter and recommended Thursday a real-time fact check system to monitor all of his speeches.

Scarborough also referred to Trump’s tweets as “racially tinged” and insulting. (RELATED: Joe Scarborough Predicts Racial Reckoning For GOP)

“It’s really a tough thing for all of us. All of us have to figure out what we look past,” Scarborough said on “Morning Joe” Thursday. “At this stage I just never read his tweets unless they make headlines. It’s not like I’m saying I’m not going to read his tweets. I know he’s going to insult our allies. I know he’s going to insult people. I know that they’re going to be racially tinged. I know what he’s going to do.”

Scarborough said it falls to the media to rifle through every statement Trump makes and said the president is lying to confuse the American people.

“I think it is just part of, it’s our responsibility to sift through and figure out what matters,” Scarborough declared.

“We all should try to figure out how to do this in real time where we don’t interfere with the news that comes out at the press conference, but we do get people the real facts in real time,” he concluded. “Because if he gets a 40 minute block, that’s how he succeeds. It’s one lie on top of another lie on top of another lie. And pretty soon it’s hard to untangle all those lies in a way that viewers and Trump supporters can digest.”
