A Massachusetts man was arrested Thursday morning for threatening U.S. immigration agents on Twitter.

According to NBC News, Brandon Ziobrowski, 33, of Cambridge, Massachusetts offered $500 to any person who kills an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent.

Ziobrowski tweeted in July, “I am broke but I will scrounge and literally give $500 to anyone who kills an ice agent. @me seriously who else can pledge get in on this let’s make this work.”

His Twitter account was suspended a month later and a case was developed by the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Boston. Ziobrowski was arrested in New York on Thursday morning and is charged with using interstate commerce to transmit a threat to injure another.

Ziobrowski also previously tweeted that he wanted to “slit” Republican Sen. John McCain’s throat, according to an indictment.

“I can promise you that during my tenure this office will aggressively prosecute those who threaten law enforcement officers,” U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling said.
