If you’re wondering who the goons are traveling with actress Alyssa Milano at DCA Friday, they’re bodyguards and an airport escort.

The airport scene was spotted by Washington paparazzo Mark Wilkins, who assured The Mirror that the two men behind the actress are bodyguards and the white-haired man in front of her is an airport escort. He said her caucasian bodyguard is beefier than he seems.

Milano attended the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh as a guest of ranking Democrat Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

There’s no question on which side Milano falls in this mess. As a #MeToo activist, she’s firmly on the side of survivors — any survivor, and this includes Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, who testified before the committee Thursday in an emotional outpouring in which she told the lawmakers that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a party in the summer of 1982. Kavanaugh angrily fired back that he didn’t do it — and he wept while telling the senators that his 10-year-old daughter had prayed for Dr. Ford.

“This is exactly the reason why we don’t come forward, or we don’t report,” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “Because of the scrutiny. Because a man’s word will always mean more than our word. And it’s disgusting.”

Ahead of the hearings, Milano wrote an op-ed that appeared in the liberal Vox explaining why she waited 30 years to report the sexual assaults she experienced as a teenager.

“The courage of survivors will always be stronger than Donald Trump’s misogyny. The lives of survivors will always be more important than Brett Kavanaugh’s career,” she wrote. “…It took me years after my assault to voice the experience to my closest friends. It took me three decades to tell my parents that the assault had even happened. I never filed a police report. I never told officials. I never tried to find justice for my pain because justice was never an option.

Milano sat in a prominent position in the hearing room. She was situated right in the line of vision behind Kavanaugh. She wore a top that revealed her breasts and her hair in a gargantuan bun. The actress received a lot of negative attention for her attire online, with some observers calling it “tacky” and “disrespectful.”

While in Washington, she spoke out in front of the Supreme Court.

On Thursday she made her feelings known: “I believe Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.”

On Friday afternoon, Milano called Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) a coward on Twitter. A few hours later, after Flake called for a delay and an FBI investigation, she announced, “I take it back.”
