White House counselor Kellyanne Conway dismissed Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s DNA test results showing a possibility of Native American heritage in a Monday gaggle on the White House driveway.

“I know that everybody likes to pick their junk science or sound science depending on the conclusion,” Conway said, adding “I haven’t looked at the test. I’m not a forensic scientist.”

Warren shared the results of her DNA test with the Boston Globe Monday, which was conducted by a Stanford researcher. “The results strongly support the existence of an unadmixed Native American ancestor,” the researcher said in a summary of Warren’s ancestry findings, adding that the ancestor was likely in her genealogy “in the range of 6–10 generations ago.”

Warren’s results show that she possibly ranges from 1/32nd Native American to 1/512th Native American. The results could temper attacks from President Donald Trump in the upcoming 2020 presidential elections, where Warren is seen as a likely candidate.

Trump has long attacked Warren for her claims of Native American heritage at one point suggesting that he would donate a million dollars if she took a DNA test. He also bestowed the moniker “Pocahontas” on her on the campaign trail.
