After interviewing President Donald Trump, “60 Minutes” correspondent Lesley Stahl sat down to do an interview of her own.

During a “60 Minutes Overtime” segment, Stahl called Trump “completely different” than when she interviewed him just after the 2016 election. She said he seemed “so much more confident,” and that he is “truly president.”

Stahl has interviewed Trump three times; as a candidate, as president-elect, and most recently, as president.

“Well, in terms of the three interviews, he was completely different,” she said. “The one that really stood out was the one three days after the election. It was my impression that he was in total shock.”

She said she noticed a change when she sat down with Trump last Thursday to tape the interview, which aired Sunday night.

“Right now, he’s so much more confident,” Stahl said. “He is truly president, and you felt it, I felt it, in this interview.”

Stahl was also asked if any of her questions got “under his skin,” which she responded by saying the ones where she tried to “bring him back” to the question she asked “got on her nerves a little.”

Stahl pressed Trump on climate change, the Mueller investigation and his comments about Brett Kavanaugh accuser Dr. Christine Blasey Ford.
