White House reporter April Ryan and former Press Secretary Sean Spicer have never been fast friends. But on Monday Ryan threw professionalism out the window and took their disastrous relationship to a whole new level of hell when she videotaped him walking away from her as she harassed him on video.

Had this been a man yelling at a woman or a white person ranting at a black person, cries of racism and #metoo would abound. But, no biggie, April Ryan is allowed to shout down Spicey in a suit.

But Spicer wasn’t playing. He had nothing to say and kept on walking.

Ryan, a reporter for American Urban Radio, tried to bait him by asking if he was returning to the White House.

Spicer was an ice cube — both literally and figuratively. The weather was freezing out. Still, he wouldn’t respond. He wouldn’t even turn around to face her.

Ryan posted her Spicey spotting on Twitter and ran a video of their non-interaction on Instagram.

“Hiiiiii Sean, what are you here for?” she said, taunting him like a TMZ reporter. [Actually, TMZ reporters such as Colin Drummond are far more polite than Ryan was here.] You got a new position? You gonna be press secretary? Bye Sean! Wayyyyve!”

Once out of earshot, she let out three cackles and trashed him to herself, saying, “Hmmm, he can talk that smack on TV.”

Reached by phone, Spicer told The Mirror, “I didn’t know I was getting filmed. That video tells you everything you need to know about what kind of journalist she is. She’s now taking her cues from Omarosa.”

Back in March, Spicer drew the ire of Ryan when he told her stop shaking her head at him. At the time, Hillary Clinton said Spicer had “patronized” Ryan. Ryan had asked what President Trump‘s administration would do to fix its image. She also asked a question about Trump meeting with former Sec. of State Condoleezza Rice, whom Trump insulted previously.

“April, hold on, it seems like you’re hell-bent on trying to make sure that whatever image you want to tell about this White House stays,” Spicer said at the time. “I’m sorry, please stop shaking your head again.”

Then in May, the pair clashed again when Spicer accused Ryan of asking questions at the briefing to push her own “personal fame.”

Ryan replied by saying that Spicer wouldn’t be able to run over her with his podium, as repeatedly highlighted in the SNL spoof. “Umm he can’t he got fired remember by @Scaramucci and they never called him back,” Ryan snarled.

The White House is not on good terms with Ryan. In September she accused the White House of trying to ruin her career. Last month, Trump called her “nasty” and “a loser.”

But she does, occasionally, get some love. In November Bernice King, the daughter of Martin Luther King Jr., wrote her a note on Twitter to cheer her up: “I love you, @AprilDRyan. Thank you for being courageous and asking difficult, necessary questions. Be encouraged.”

Maybe someday Ryan will try politeness with Spicer instead of following him with a video camera.

And maybe he’ll turn around and say hello.
