A video of a group of teenagers playing ice hockey in a traffic jam may be the most Canadian video ever recorded.
The scene occurred this weekend when about a dozen cars found themselves in the middle of an icy traffic jam on Highway 40 in Alberta, Canada. As drivers waited for the bumper-to-bumper pileup to clear, several kids disembarked and played a good old-fashioned game of hockey. And they weren’t half bad at it.

This just further proves that Canada is one of the biggest gems on planet earth. Not only is everyone completely calm and unbothered by the fact that they’re stuck in a traffic jam in freezing cold temperatures; they also chose to make the best of it.
Something tells me this type of thing might be a pretty regular occurrence and the locals are well adapted enough to make the best of the situation.
I hope Canada never changes.
