Three illegal immigrants believed to be MS-13 gang members have been indicted in connection with a murder and kidnapping case.

A federal grand jury in Las Vegas, Nevada, returned a three-count indictment against Jose Luis Reynaldo Reyes-Castillo, Miguel Torres-Escobar, and David Arturo Perez-Manchame, according to a Department of Justice (DOJ) press release.

The three men have been charged with murder in aid of racketeering, using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and causing death through the use of a firearm.

The alleged gang members — plus associate Josue Diaz-Orellana, who was not named in the indictment — were first charged in connection with the murder of Arquimides Sandoval-Martinez in March 2018. (RELATED: MS-13 Associate Pays To Have Sex With Trafficked 14-Year-Old Girl)

Sandoval-Martinez, a rival gang member, was allegedly kidnapped outside of a club in Las Vegas last January, bound with shoelaces and driven to the desert. He was then hacked with a machete and shot dead, the Las Vegas Sun reported. His body was mutilated when it was discovered by police.

The four MS-13 members were arrested with a “large butcher knife, a bloodstained baseball hat and three 9mm handguns.”

Police said last year that they believe the group is responsible for 10 killings around the Las Vegas area.
