She followed that up with a second post in which she shared that he looks a lot like his sister, Chicago West, who is one year old. Chicago was also born via a surrogate. (RELATED: PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian Goes Out In NYC Wearing Blazer And Sheer Bra)

There is still no word as to the newest member of the Kardashian family’s name, but you can bet fans are eagerly waiting to hear.

Sister Kourtney Kardashian shared the news Thursday that Kim’s surrogate had gone into labor during a taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” with her mom Kris Jenner.

“My mom doesn’t even know this, but Kim’s surrogate went into labor,” Kourtney explained. “So, she’s at the hospital.”

Jenner looked completely shocked and said, “Let’s go.”

“No! What are we doing sitting here,” Jenner said to the host. “Come on, Ellen!”

The reality star and rapper made headlines in January when they announced they were indeed growing their family once again and going to become a family of six with the help, once again, of a surrogate.

“Kim and Kanye have known for awhile and are very excited. They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out,” an insider previously shared. “Kim always wanted four kids and having two boys and two girls feels perfect. They were very happy with the entire experience the first time and are so grateful to have one more baby.”

Congratulations!
