Let’s go! My friends, this is some outstanding news to get to and celebrate this beautiful day. As you all know, I’m a huge “SEAL Team” guy, and the show just keeps getting better and better with time.

The last episode with Ray nearly being killed was absolutely outstanding, and the action sequences were incredible. You’re really not paying attention at this point if you’re not watching “SEAL Team.”

I have no idea how many more years the military drama will be on CBS, but I hope it’s there for a very long time. It has everything we love in a show. (RELATED: ‘SEAL Team‘ Star Max Thieriot Discusses Season 2, Teases Some ‘Great Action’ In Coming Episodes)

It’s got plenty of action, the character development is awesome, it can be an emotional rollercoaster at times and it does an impressive job of shining a light on the personal lives of our brave warriors.

The tragic suicide of Brett this season did more to bring awareness to mental health and suicide than any other show I can think of. (RELATED: New ‘SEAL Team’ Episode ‘My Life For Yours’ Is Chilling And Full Of Action)

Grab a cold beer and celebrate. I couldn’t be happier than I am right now to hear we’re getting a fresh slate of new episodes and a third season.

What a great day to be alive.
