“Bachelorette” Hannah Brown politely explained to Kelly Ripa what it’s like to be on “The Bachelorette” after Ripa slammed the franchise during her morning talk broadcast.

Brown appeared as a guest Thursday morning on “Live With Kelly And Ryan” where Kelly brought up the comments she made days before.

“You guys, you know how I feel about the show. It disgusts me,” Ripa said about the show on Tuesday. “I can’t stand the idea of 25 exceptional women fighting over one ordinary fella, in my opinion. You know how I feel, ladies; we are too special to be arguing over a guy.” (RELATED: ‘Bachelorette’ Premieres With Lower Ratings Than Last Season, But Receives Highest Ranking For The Night)

“Like you, I didn’t really follow the show, wasn’t a big fan,” Brown, 24, said. “But, being a part of the show, it’s not women fighting against each other. Really, some of my best friends came from the show and were really supportive. When you have a group of 30 people together, there’s going to be people who don’t like each other. That’s simple facts.”

“But, ultimately, it was one of the most empowering things that I ever have done because I had to push myself and grow as an individual,” Brown added. “And I did. And I think that’s why I decided that I wanted to be the Bachelorette and wanted that so bad.”

I will say I have to agree with Brown on this one. If you actually are watching the show, the girls almost are never fighting with each other about the guy. If there’s drama, it usually has to do with two people just not liking the other and flipping it as the person not being a good fit for whoever is the bachelor or bachelorette at the time.

News flash, all dating is about women competing with other women and that is never going to change.
