Cameras have reportedly begun rolling on a “Game of Thrones” prequel for HBO.

According to a recent report from The Sun, production began on the prequel two weeks ago in Belfast and the working title is “Bloodmoon.” (RELATED: These Are The Sexiest Photos Of ‘GameOf Thrones‘ Star Emilia Clarke On The Internet)

With one more episode left in the original series, this is the exact kind of news I want to hear to keep the momentum going.

There’s nothing really known about the prequel currently getting shot, but The Sun reported it will take place 5,000 years prior to the original saga. It will also allegedly focus on the Children of the Forest.

Past that, nobody seems to have any idea what will happen. I’m okay with being in the dark.

I’d rather be in the dark and prepared for some great surprises than having the whole thing ruined before it even airs. (RELATED: Daenerys Turns Into The Mad Queen In ‘Game Of Thrones‘ Episode ‘The Bells’)

It’s also still not known how many prequels we’ll get, but there’s been word from George R.R. Martin that three of them are in the works.

Obviously, I want as much “Game of Thrones” content as I can get as long as it’s good.
