Ciara Announces Acceptance Into Harvard Business School

Singer Ciara announced her acceptance into the Harvard Business School on Monday.

She will be enrolled in Harvard’s Executive Education program in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports, according to a report published by Page Six.

Ciara announced her acceptance on Instagram, posting a photo of her wearing a Harvard sweater.

“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path that I’m so thankful for,” she captioned her announcement on Instagram. “This week, I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement! Thank you @anitaelberse for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend @Harvard BEMS. #WhyNotHER.” (RELATED: Russell Wilson And Ciara Start Production Company)

The program doesn’t require formal education. According to Harvard’s website, “admission is a selective process based on [the] professional achievement and organizational responsibilities.”

Ciara’s husband, NFL player Russell Wilson, congratulated the “Level Up” singer in the comments of her Instagram post writing, “Leveling All the way Up! I see you, Momma! I can’t wait to see our daughter follow in your footsteps!”

Ciara just released her newest album “Beauty Marks” and started a new production company with Wilson called Why Not You Productions. They plan to produce film, TV and digital content.
