INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A 53-year-old man is facing charges after police say he was watching porn while driving drunk early Wednesday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police officer Mike Leeper first noticed the vehicle as it crossed the center line several times. Leeper tried to stop the car at Washington and Illinois streets when the car went into reverse and crashed into his patrol car.
