Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko honored actor Steven Seagal Thursday with traditional Belarusian gifts — watermelons and carrots.

Lukashenko is a character in his own right, and is even grooming his 11-year-old son to succeed him as dictator. Dressed in a trademark Eastern European tracksuit, he peeled a massive carrot and gave it to Seagal.

The carrot matched Seagal’s orange tinted glasses, and the actor promptly devoured it.

Seagal is expected to travel to Moscow soon to hang out with Russian President Vladimir Putin, so more encounters of him with dictators are sure to follow.
