Mike Barnicle, cohost of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” said Tuesday that President Donald Trump has a “gap” inside of him that is devoid of truth and empathy.

The “Morning Joe” crew was discussing Trump’s tweets on GOP Senator Bob Corker, wherein Trump said Corker couldn’t win an election to be a dog catcher, helped President Barack Obama push through the Iran Deal, and is planning to oppose GOP-led tax reform.
Barnicle said the tweets are proof that Trump is missing a key element that would make him a complete human being.
“Joe, from these tweets you were just reading, from the tweets of the past week taking on a war widow, it’s further evidence of the sad, sad fact that the President of the United States is not a complete man,” Barnicle said. “He is not a whole individual.”
“W-h-o-l-e, whole individual,” Barnicle clarified. “And he has a gap in him, and that gap is without truth, it’s without credibility, it’s without empathy.”
