President Donald Trump threatened to withdraw from the North American Free Trade (NAFTA) agreement if Mexico does not quell the flow of illegal immigrants into the U.S., in an Easter Sunday tweet.
Mexico is doing very little, if not NOTHING, at stopping people from flowing into Mexico through their Southern Border, and then into the U.S. They laugh at our dumb immigration laws. They must stop the big drug and people flows, or I will stop their cash cow, NAFTA. NEED WALL!

Trump’s tweets appear to have been sparked by a Fox News segment highlighting the progress of a current illegal immigrant caravan from Central America bound for the U.S. border. The migrants openly admit their desire to illegally emigrate to the U.S. and have organizers who do not believe in the concept of borders.
The president has long made his displeasure known about the current state of the NAFTA agreement and has repeatedly threatened to withdraw the U.S. if more favorable terms cannot be reached. Trump has also been frustrated recently with lack of Congressional funding for his proposed $25 billion border wall.

Mexican authorities have made no effort to stop the caravan, which is composed of hundreds of Central American migrants who illegally crossed into their country.
