President Donald Trump referred to the time period covered in Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report as “a dark and dangerous period in American History.”
The president aimed a Saturday morning tweet at the bias he felt was exposed within the upper echelons of the FBI — particularly the teams charged with investigating the Trump campaign’s possible collusion with Russia.
The IG Report totally destroys James Comey and all of his minions including the great lovers, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who started the disgraceful Witch Hunt against so many innocent people. It will go down as a dark and dangerous period in American History!

Although the report’s conclusion was that the outcome of investigations were not changed by any bias that might have been uncovered, President Trump and others have voiced concerns that the inception of the Mueller investigation was tainted because the people connected to it had shown such bias against Trump in their previous actions and statements.
