Former boxing champion Victor Ortiz turned himself in to authorities this week after being accused of graphic sexual assault allegations.

TMZ obtained court records that show the woman was assaulted at a home in Oxnard, California, on March 19. She contacted police that same day and filed a report that cited Ortiz as the offender.
Ortiz turned himself in to authorities Tuesday and was charged with three counts of felony sexual assault, including rape, according to police. Specifically, the charges are three felony counts of forcible rape, forcible oral copulation and forcible digital penetration. His bail has been set at $100,000.

Interestingly, Ortiz is still scheduled for a fight on Sunday in Ontario, Canada. In light of recent events, however, TMZ speculates that’s going to be canceled.
