Ivanka Trump definitely turned heads when she stepped out wearing a gorgeous one-shoulder black dress at the 2019 Atlantic Council’s Distinguished Leadership Awards in Washington, D.C.
The first daughter looked just as striking as ever in the crushed black velvet number, with a silver sequined sash that wrapped around the dress, in pictures she shared late Tuesday on Instagram from the evening’s events.
