On today’s podcast we get into the media’s love affair with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and how they’ve ignored his actions that led directly to the deaths of senior citizens. At the same time, the White House press corps badgers President Donald Trump for pointing out success on something they’ve demanded for a month. You can cut the hypocrisy with a knife and we do it today.

Cuomo ordered seniors infected with coronavirus into nursing homes and assisted living facilities at the start of the pandemic, only rescinding the order Monday. Yet, you’d never know it by watching the glowing, throne-sniffing coverage he’s received as the “anti-Trump” figure on the national stage. More than 5,000 seniors in New York died after his original order, but it doesn’t matter or rate as worthy of covering because the media built him up, they can’t destroy him now. But he wasn’t alone, as other Democratic governors did the same thing. Have you heard about this? Nope, because the press covers for them. As states start to reopen, we look back at the mistakes the media doesn’t want the public to know about. We get into all of it and read their orders.

At the White House press briefing Monday, CBS News “reporter” Weijia Jiang, famous for claiming to be the victim of racism by a White House staffer she refused to name, was back asking one of the dumbest questions in a sea of dumb questions. The president treated it with more respect than it deserved and was still accused of being a racist by CNN’s white Weeble Brian Stelter. Just Sunday, Stelter was lecturing Fox News for talking about anything other than 2,000 Americans dying every day. Now, he’s ‘whitesplaining’ about why Trump is a racist for being mean to an idiotic reporter who happens to be Asian. We have all the audio and rip the whole sham apart.
