Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields isn’t thinking about skipping the season.

Opting out is becoming an increasingly popular decision among elite college stars during the coronavirus pandemic, but Fields isn’t looking at doing it. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

According to Bill Rabinowitz, the star dual-threat gunslinger told the media that he “hasn’t necessarily thought of it yet.”

He also said he “getting to the money as fast as I can isn’t really a priority.”

I don’t think there were a lot of worries about Fields opting out, but now we know for sure that he plans on spinning balls for the Buckeyes.

The young man is a phenom and a freak of nature on the gridiron. That’s just a fact. Every time he touches the ball, he’s at risk of doing something dangerous.

He throws a beautiful ball, can run and will almost certainly be a top two pick in the NFL draft. He’s a prime example of a guy who might consider skipping the season.

Yet, he has unfinished business after losing in the playoff last season. Fields wants to bring OSU glory, and he’s playing in 2020 to try to get the job done.
