Coppin State’s basketball team suffered an embarrassing situation Tuesday night against Drexel.
According to Kevin Sweeney, the Eagles forgot their away uniforms and had to play the entire basketball game wearing Drexel’s practice jerseys. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Every few years, there’s always a team that forgets their uniforms when they hit the road. I have no idea how it happens, but every few years without fail, it does.
Apparently, Tuesday night was Coppin State’s turn to carry the embarrassing and humiliating banner of playing in the home team’s practice unis.
To tell you how hard it is to make this mistake, uniforms are packed a day or two in advance, and there are multiple people who sign off on the checklist of what’s traveling with the team.
How do I know that? I used to work in college athletics, and no stone goes unturned if you want a successful team.
There are multiple people responsible for every aspect of the team, just to make sure nothing gets missed! That’s how I know there’s no excuse for this happening.

Now, we wait to see who makes this mistake next. I promise another college basketball team does it within the next three to five years. Set your watch to it!
