Imagine being so rich that you can buy a private island … it must be nice.

Dallas Mavericks small forward Reggie Bullock pulled a true flex, buying his own private island for $2 million. Located in Belize and named after the NBA star, “Bullock Island” is a five-acre island that he wants to use to build a resort for both his family and friends for when they go on holiday. Bullock reportedly purchased the island a year ago, with the news just now going viral.

Speaking with Andscape’s Marc Spears, Bullock said that his island is an investment.

“I’ve been looking for different things to invest my money in,” Bullock told Spears. “I found an opportunity down in Belize where I purchased an island that was about five acres that I am going to put resort villas on. It’s a vacation spot for me and my family where other people will be able to attend and enjoy different vacation activities.”

Featured on Bullock’s island will be his own 4,000 square foot home, and eight villas that will be rented out to guests. Also included in his future resort will be a restaurant and spa.

Just imagine being in a position like that. You’re in the NBA making millions of dollars and pulling in fame, and then you get to the point where you can buy your own private island and build your own resort. (RELATED: Luka Dončić Implies He’s Too Tired To Play Defense)
