A ferry traveling from Dublin to Wales was forced to turn around when a massive brawl broke out onboard Saturday, the UK Mirror reported.

The Irish Ferries service heading to Holyhead was forced to turn around just 20 minutes into its journey, according to the Mirror. The minute-long video shows a chaotic skirmish between multiple passengers on an Irish Ferries service before it was broken up by a uniformed member of the ship’s crew.

At one point two men in the video can be seen brandishing what appear to be dining utensils. More staff position themselves between the brawlers as the camera pans down to a frightened child, directly adjacent to the aggressive scrum.

“Irish Ferries can confirm that there was a public order issue on board yesterday’s 13.50 DUBLIN SWIFT sailing from Dublin to Holyhead shortly after departure,” a spokesperson said, according to the Mirror. “Irish Ferries places the highest importance on safety and therefore decided to immediately return to Dublin Port, where the Irish authorities dealt with the incident.”

Though the return to Dublin Port did significantly delay the ferry’s trip, it eventually reached its destination, the Mirror reported.
