Joe Burrow is down! I repeat! Joe Burrow is down!

At Thursday’s training camp practice, Cincinnati Bengals superstar quarterback Joe Burrow showed up with a new sleeve on his calf, noted by people in attendance.

Later in the day, Burrow was running a play and scrambling from pressure, and afterwards, the quarterback came up limping and favoring his right leg.

Burrow was attended to by trainers on the sidelines, while practice went on without him. A cart eventually showed up and quickly transported Burrow off the field.

With the cart, it should be noted that this could just be a precaution that the Bengals are taking because of the hot weather. Regardless, it has both Cincinnati fans, and overall Joe Burrow fans, in a panic about their favorite quarterback.

WATCH:

Man, what’s up with everybody getting carted off today?

First, you had Jalen Ramsey from the Miami Dolphins getting carted off with an apparent knee injury, and now here we are with Joe Burrow. And yeah, I might be devastated as a Phins fan with potentially losing Ramsey, but it has to be a straight gutter to lose your quarterback. And not just any quarterback, your superstar franchise quarterback.

Ouch … my sympathies are with you, Cincy. (RELATED: REPORT: Aaron Rodgers Takes $35 Million Pay Cut With New York Jets)

And just like that, two teams’ Super Bowl dreams get dampered.

I just hope for my Dolphins’ sake they don’t go up in flames.
