Donna Motsinger launched a lawsuit against Bill Cosby, alleging Cosby drugged and raped her in 1972, according to TMZ.
Motsinger previously came forward with the same allegations against the disgraced actor in 2014 and is now seeking financial restitution, according to TMZ. Her legal documents reportedly accuse Cosby of intentionally drugging her, then taking advantage of her during their time alone. Motsinger said she lost consciousness and woke up in a different location, wearing nothing but her panties.

Motsinger reportedly said she met Cosby while she worked as a server at Trident restaurant in Sausalito, California, which was a celebrity hot spot at the time. She said Cosby routinely came by the restaurant just to see her, and then invited her to join him at his show at the Circle Star Theater in San Carlos, according to TMZ.
She claims Cosby handed her a glass of wine in the limo on the way to the show, and she began to feel ill, TMZ noted. Motsinger reportedly said Cosby led her to his dressing room, where he gave her what she thought was an aspirin pill.
Motsinger claims she began floating in and out of consciousness after taking the pill, and recalls Cosby’s handlers putting her back in the limousine with him. She said she recalls flashes of light before losing consciousness entirely, according to TMZ.

She claims to have suffered mental, physical and emotional distress, and is seeking financial compensation, TMZ reported.
Cosby’s legal representative, Andrew Wyatt, responded to the allegations by releasing a brief statement, saying, “No comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless,” per TMZ.
