“Beverly Hills 90210” actress Tori Spelling was forced to flee her home after a neighbor was arrested for holding someone hostage in his home with an AR-15.

Police instructed Spelling and other residents in the area to evacuate their Los Angeles area homes on Wednesday afternoon as they investigated reports of an armed man who had barricaded himself and a possible hostage inside his home, according to Page Six.

The frenzied star was photographed rushing out of her home wearing a light colored t-shirt, shorts and sneakers as police arrived on the scene with their guns drawn and took up positions. She appeared to be stunned as she stood outdoors with sunglasses on and took in the scene unfolding in front of her rental home, according to Page Six.

Local residents were also seen rushing out of their homes, visibly distressed as they attempted to find safety amid the police activity in their neighborhood.

The SWAT team eventually exited the area with the male suspect in handcuffs. The suspect was wearing a white T-shirt and basketball shorts as he was led into a police vehicle, according to Page Six.

The man’s identity has not been revealed, and no further information was provided about the reports of a hostage.

It is unclear whether Spelling’s children were with her at the time of the incident, but it is believed that residents were permitted back into their homes after the sudden, unexpected evacuation, the outlet noted.
