Why do I feel like this is a dysfunctional New York Jets story waiting to happen?

Saleh also told reporters that Rodgers is clear for “functional football activity” and that he will be participating in individual drills, per NFL.com.

Still on injured reserve for now, Rodgers suffered a torn Achilles back in Week 1 action against the Buffalo Bills. Despite the original reports about it being a season-ending injury, Rodgers has said multiple times that he plans on returning this season as the starting quarterback of the Jets.
