Grace O’Marcaigh filed a sexual assault lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday against 26-year-old Christian Combs, son of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

O’Marcaigh alleged she was working on a yacht that the music mogul chartered for a trip in Dec. 2022, which had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion,” but later turned into a “hedonistic environment,” according to NBC News.  She claimed Christian drugged and then sexually assaulted her. The lawsuit named Diddy as a defendant in the case. Christian was accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress. Diddy was sued for premises liability since he was the one who had chartered the yacht. He is also being accused of aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault, according to NBC News.

O’Marcaigh was 25 years old at the time of the alleged assault, and served dinner and drinks on the yacht from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Court documents indicated she claimed to witness partying and drug use between a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers” and celebrities, according to NBC News.

She said she suspected alcohol bottles were laced with drugs because women started falling over themselves and would panic or simply pass out after consuming one drink, according to NBC News.

O’Marcaigh said Christian pressured her to take shots of tequila that he brought with him onto the yacht, and she claimed she began to feel the effects of the drink that she “quickly suspected” was spiked. O’Marcaigh alleged Christian groped her legs, breast, anus and vagina. Audio clips were submitted as evidence in the case, and she said she could be heard denying his advances while he groped her.

She claimed Jones was in the studio at the time of the alleged assault, and recorded the audio.

Court documents indicated she could be heard saying, “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to.”

The alleged victim said Christian later cornered her, groped her again, and removed his clothing.

“His penis was erect, and he grabbed her arms and was trying to force PLAINTIFF to perform oral sex on him,” the lawsuit alleged, according to NBC News. Photos of bruising on her arm were also included in the court documents.

O’Marcaigh said her mental health deteriorated since the alleged attack. She claims to suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as well as severe suicidal ideations. She claims to have developed an eating disorder and epileptic seizures following the alleged assault.

Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing O’Marcaigh, said, “Like father, like son,” as he drew a parallel to the current allegations made against Diddy, including sexual assault and sex trafficking. (RELATED: Everyone Is Suddenly Talking About This Video Of Diddy Patting Down Justin Bieber)

“It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity,” he said.
