Police arrested famous rapper GloRilla on Tuesday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI), among other charges, and during her interactions with police, cops said she didn’t realize her breast had popped out of her shirt, TMZ reported.
The police report said officers observed GloRilla making a U-turn at a solid red light in Gwinnett County, GA, at roughly 4 a.m. and pulled the famous singer over to investigate further. The officer who filed the report claimed he smelled marijuana and alcohol coming from her car and that GloRilla allegedly admitted to drinking that evening. However, she allegedly refused to indicate how much alcohol she had consumed, according to TMZ. Police conducted a series of field sobriety tests, during which time they claimed she was completely unaware of the fact that her breast was hanging out of her shirt, according to TMZ.

The report indicated GloRilla was allegedly quite shaky when attempting the sobriety tests and was not steady on her feet. The police requested she do an eye-follow test, a walk-and-turn, one-leg balance and walk-in-a-straight-line, according to TMZ. They reportedly noted her attempts were unsuccessful in the majority of her attempts.

Officers say they proceeded in administering a breathalyzer but that GloRilla allegedly refused to submit to the test, at which time there was a back and forth exchange. Police said they then notified the famous rapper that she should adjust herself as her breast had been exposed, according to TMZ.

She was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence, consuming/possessing an open alcoholic beverage container and a separate traffic charge, according to TMZ. Police took the artist to jail at roughly 6:12 AM and said she made bond a few hours later.
GloRilla has not referenced the alleged legal mishap on social media.
